Your Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return products for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

🕐 How Long Do I Have?

• 14 calendar days from the day you receive your items
• • You must notify us of your return within this period
• • You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us

💸 What Do I Get Refunded?

• Full product price
• Our original delivery costs (standard shipping rate, unless shipping was free due to bulk order)
• • Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items
• • Money back to your original payment method

🔄 How to Return Items

1. Contact us: Email returns@make-racists-afraid-again.net with your order number
2. Pack securely: Use original packaging if possible
3. Condition: Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached
4. Drop off: Take to any Royal Mail post office or arrange collection
5. Get refunded: Refund processed within 14 days of us receiving the return

⚠️ What Can't Be Returned?

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

• • Products that have been worn extensively or damaged through use
• • Items returned without original tags or packaging
• • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

🚀 Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

1. • Return your original item for a full refund
2. • Place a new order for your preferred item
3. • This ensures you get the fastest delivery of your new item
